Job Description

-Make cold calling to target clients to arrange have a face to face meeting
-Manage own time and schedule
-Create and maintain leads to achieve targets
-Conduct CMA ( Comparative Market Analysis)
-Build good relationship with clients
-Have an ability to convince clients and make real estate business transactions
-Identify client’s needs and offer the best solution
-Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
-Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
-Use Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
-Be a mediator between sellers and buyers
-Be able to work inside and outside office
-Keep updating real estate knowledge and market
-Interview clients to determine the kinds of properties they are seeking.
-Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
-Achieve SALES TARGETS set by Century21 Cambodia
-To conduct duties on a Pleasant and Trustworthy mannerism
-To have a good MS Office knowledge
-Some other Real Estate Business tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager/ Management

Job requirements

– Minimum University degree
– 1‐2 years worked experience in Real Estate Sales
– Computer Literate (Ms. Word, Advance Excel, Internet and Email)
– Good English (writing and speaking)
– Flexible, honest and hard‐working person
– Working and support the team – Team Player
– Willing to learn the new thing and good at dealing/facing challenges
– Good interpersonal skill and communication
– Positive Mental Attitude
